Order Delivery & Refunds

• Orders must first be delivered before any refund can be issued.
• We cannot process refunds for items that are still in transit or have not yet been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
• Once your order is delivered, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
